So today in health we had to track down what we ate for a day. And for sweets and oils your supposed to have about 200 calories and I had about 600 calories. Also I have like no milk things and thats really bad, your supposed to have 3 cups of milk. I eat way too much grains. You just have to go to mypyramid.com and put all you ate in one day and it will show you the calories and sections of the food pyramid.
