SCHOOL IS ALMOST OVER. There is no point of these last four days, honestly Merrill. But its crazy how I'm almost a senior. Like wasn't freshman homecoming like last week? It soooo weird, I can't even begin to imagine how it is for the seniors this year.

Ambition

I think that ambition is very important in life. With out it, what would people look forward to? What would they want to do in life? Ambition is what keeps one going. It helps people come to their goal and become something.

Friendship

I think that the best important aspect of friendship is loyalty. I think this because friends can get into fights all the time, but in the end they always end up together again. If one is lucky enough to have a friend who wont leave through the ups and downs, that is the friendship worth preserving.

Intrusive media?

I think that in todays society media is really intrusive on peoples personal lives. Paparazzi who work for magazines like People or US Weekly literally stalk celebrities, and that is a huge intrusion on their privacy. It's not fair that they have to deal with cameras following their every move. I get why they do it, because many need the money, but does any really care what Miley Cyrus ate for breakfast? These facts are irrelevant to peoples life.

Setbacks

I typically deal with setbacks by freaking out and seeing the most unlikely situations of the worst case scenarios. I don't deal well with setbacks, so I try not avoid them at all costs. So just make everything perfect, and you're good.

Space Exploration

The purpose of space exploration is to find out if there is anything else out there, so we can learn more. Also if in the future we need to go outer space to live, we need to know about whats out there and see if it could sustain us. Also it could have other energy that could sustain us in the future as well. Space is a great mystery that we have to uncover.

Right now

I wish I was in my bed. No actually I wish I could be in a private island and I would have an awesome bedroom that would have the bed next to the ocean. I would be sleeping because I'm so tired, I don't know how I'm functioning at the moment. I could be dead for all I know.

Cell Phone

The greatest advantage of cell phones are that it keeps people connected. So they can help two people who live across the country, they can keep in touch and not loose contact. I think that is the best, since my family lives so far away.

LINGOOO

Why  does slang become popular? Well I think it's because everyone one wants to fit it, and everyone wants to be accepted. I think thats why slang is usually used by teenagers because teenagers are usually more vulnerable to peer pressure and they are the ones who want to fit in.

Its Friday. I get to baby sit all saturday. Also I get to study for my SATs in two week, which I don't understand why I have to take it. I do A LOT better in ACT so there is literally no point on me taking the SAT again. I refuse to use what ever score I get.

Facebook

The future of Facebook. Well I think that its going to happen what happens to all site, it will become irrelevant. I mean MySpace was awesome and everyone was on it, and now its gone. No one uses it and no one cares. So Facebook will come to the same destiny.

My Goal.

I have a terrible cold at the moment and I had to come to school due to a AP Lang. So now my goal is not to die by the end of the day because I feel absolutely horrible. If I accomplish this goal by some odd chance, I will be so happy with life. Maybe I can even come to school tomorrow.

The Flag

A flag that would represent me would be sparkly because I like things that sparkle. But the rest well, I'm super indecisive so it would probably be split in like 9 parts because thats my favorite number. Then like one part would have video cameras and things like that. An other one would have cameras and yearbook things. Then like four of the other ones would have friends in them because I love my friends. Then one would just be colors, then one would be filled with my favorite quotes, which I have a lot of. And finally the last one would pictures of the world.

Dear ______,

I know it's been a hard couple of months with everything going on. But I know you can do this last month. There is only one more month and then you'll be a senior with me. I know that this month is going to be horrible and slow, but think about it, there is only 5 mondays left, because we have two 4 day weeks coming up.

TV news for weather

I think that Fox covered the storm on tuesday the best. I was really mad that New Girl wan cancelled so this news coverage popped up. I thought that is was really good because they actually had reporters on scene, even if the sound didn't work for some time. But having a reporter on scene with all the news and talking about what happened I thought was better than just having a weather man in front of a green screen giving the facts.

Award

If I could give myself an award today it would be just for not exploding from stress. I have been so stressed out lately because of grades and classes and prom and all this stuff. And then I'm trying to plan my summer and its all messed up with me going or not going to Peru. ahhhhhhhh. So I'm just going to sit back and see what happens. So I think its really impressive I have not exploded.

HUNGER GAMES. I saw it yesterday and it was awesome. I have so many mixed feelings about it though. They followed the book a lot, but they skipped some parts. Like my favorite part of the book was cut super short, and I was so mad. But other than that it was AMAZING! loved it. Unfortunately I am soooo tired right now. I have no idea how I'm up and about. ;aldskjfdsflkjfesj I'll take a nap later.

Happy

Something someone has recently done to make me happy was my best friend. She bought me tickets to the midnight premiere of the Hunger Games. On thursday night. I'm so excited. Words cannot describe how happy and excited I am. lakdjfasl;kdjflksdjf This will be an epic movie.

Title of my life

The title of my life would be Hooligan Situations. This would be it because I always find my self the the most awkward and interesting situations in the world. I don't even know how I manage to get myself in these places, but I do.

Spring Break Location

If I could go anywhere for spring break, I honestly don't think that it would matter. The place is only as fun as you make it and who you are with. So I would go anywhere, but I would take my friends. As long as I'm with them, it doesn't matter. So maybe road trip, africa, australia, europe, as long as they are with me, I think it would be an adventure.

Greatest impact on country

I think that we have had great leaders thought time in our country. I think the one that has had the greatest impact is Christopher Columbus. He discovered the US, so that's pretty important. With out him, the US could have been claimed by an other country, like Spain. We could all be speaking spanish O.o Weird.

Woa, Friday has snuck up on me! I completely forgot about it was the end of the week, how we only have ONE week for spring break! ONLY ONE WEEK!!!! And these last couple of day have been beautiful. I have worn a dresses all week, not a single day with jeans. I love this weather, I can finally wear my spring/summer dresses. I'm SOOOO ready for summer.

North and South Korea.

I think that controversies in North and South Korea could affect the United States because if war ever broke out again the US would get involved. That would mean that young adults would be drafted and supplies we use everyday could be scarce, like in the vietnam war. It would also create a frenzy in journalism, with everyone trying to get a story.

Communication skills!

Effective communication are important because with out it we would literally no be talking. But further than that, with out good communication everyone would be confused. I with good communication skills one can persuade one to believe something.

US Government

What do I think of the US government? hmm well I have mixed feeling about it. I'm one of those paranoid people who think that there is a possibility that they are like listing to our conversations and reading our text. Which is bad I guess, but works for them. Then the system we have has several flaws, and could collapse at any minute with the economy or international affairs, the system is very fragile. But after that I think its fine.

Birthday Memories

Whats my best birthday was my 9th birthday. It was the best because it was my birthday party and my going away party combined. I left for the US a month later. Well my grandma gave me her restaurant for the party and we hired a band and had cool lights and had so many balloons you couldn't see the ceiling, and there was so much dancing. It was the best birthday ever. It was really sad at the same time though since most of the people there I would never see again. But it was a TON of fun.

Biggest Fear.

My biggest fear is being left alone. I know thats weird, but I don't want to be alone. But not alone as in at the moment, but alone as in having no friends, no one to have fun with. Like, I like being alone, just not in the that sense. So thats my biggest fear, if that made any sense what so ever.

Texting and driving?

Should texting and driving be regulated in texas? Well I think it should. Driving and talking on the phone is okay in my opinion. But I think that your hands should be on the wheel and your eyes on the road, not on the phone. There has been so many accidents due to texting, like yesterday I actually had a friend who got in a wreck from texting. So it should be a national thing that should be banned.

So on Wednesday I remember saying that I was going to write something but now i can't remember what it was. Isn't it weird that one can remember saying that you are going to remember that thing but then you can't remember what exactly it was. Anyway its finally friday. It has been the longest week of my life so I can't wait for a little break.

Improve in Life.

Woa, this was really good timing for this blog topic. Two days ago I was sitting in my room and it hit me, I need to change my life. I care about what people think way too much and I do what is expected of me. So two days ago someone from my past came up and I took it as a I don't want to be the way I am forever. It was like an epiphany. So now I'm going to do what I want and what I like.

Advertising during Super Bowl

I think that there are a lot of benefits of advertising during the super bowl. The best ones are always funny and memorable, so if its good people will remember the product along with the commercial. The only drawback would be if you invest a lot of money in a crappy commercial, and then you don't get money to match what you paid so therefore you would loose money in the end. But I think that if a company can afford it, it is defiantly beneficial if they make it good.

Superstitions

People believe in superstitions so they have something to blame for their misfortune. When something goes wrong, they want have a reason for it. Also it's their way to cope with the fact that they have failed at something. I think it's as simple as that, and I am one of those people. I just like believing in superstitions and things of that sort.

rain days

My favorite rainy day memory would defiantly have to be, huh I'm not sure actually. I used to be terrified of thunderstorms but now I love them. So I think it would be my first thunderstorm in the US when I was in third grade. I was with my mom and dad playing Clue in the balcony at my old house. And it started raining, but we had a mini roof so it was all good and we continued. But then out of no where lighting struck and hit a tree across the street. My mom freaked out and turned over the game board and ran in. My dad just sorta stared at it and then went in slowly. I on the other hand, picked up my cards and starting to pick up all the pieces because all I cared about was who won the game. It was a fun day.

Today

Before the day ends I would like to see unicorn. I know it's not probable, but everything is possible right. Especially a purple unicorn with rainbow hair running down a rainbow to a pot of gold. OMG that would be amazing. I would like to see that, and if it did I would be so happy and it would make my life.

Small Act

One small act could be to talk to be nice to people you usually don't, especially if they look depressed and stuff. You never know what's crossing their mind and they could be thinking of suicide or something along those lines. And just talking to them and smiling could change their mind. So that small act could change their entire future.

SOPA & PIPA

I am one hundred and ten million against SOPA and PIPA. They could censor the internet, which completely violates the very first amendment. What if they start blocking social networking site? or even worse, news sites. Then how could we get the news? I think it would impact me because sites like google, tumblr, blogger, facebook, twitter and wikipedia could be taken off the internet. This would affect everyone I know, which is completely unfair.

Best Advice

The best advice I have ever gotten was to be your self. I know this is really cliche and everyone has heard it at one point or an other, but it sums up every other advice ever given into one. I think it's important because everyone else is already taken, so just be your self. I think that is valuable because if you're not you, then who are you?

Problem in Society

I think the biggest problem in society today is how everyone is so into them selfs. Now a days everyone is really self absorb and only care about themselves. True some are not like that, but most people only think of themselves and no one else. They don't really care about other, and thats when things go wrong in society.

Biases in media

I think there is A LOT of bias in todays media. I think it's because people like to see entertainment, not news. So most entertainment today is bias to make it interesting. Then there is things that have to have bias because its just the angle of the story.

SO. SLEEP. DEPRIVED. I HAVE HAD A TOTAL OF *8* HOURS OF SLEEP IN THE LAST THREE DAYS. I have been doing this DUMB and STUPID AP Lang project. So relived it's over thought. But now I'm really hyper and awake, so I'm going to crash later. It's not going to be pretty.

What do I like about my self? hmmm, I'm not sure what it would be. I think that lately I have been really blunt to people. So I have started speaking my mind, and I think its good. Theory of world ending

My theory of why the mayan calendar ends in 2012 is that the mayan just didn't get around to finishing it. Like they just briefly stopped for a break, and they just stopped. Then they disappeared for unknown reasons that we might never know of. It's just a calendar, and calendars repeat. so therefore the calendar is simply going to repeat and nothing will happen.
